This is a project-based role with a set end date of 12 months from the start date. While the contract is set to conclude, there may be an opportunity for extension or permanent employment, subject to business requirements.

What you’ll do
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure training resources meet RTO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Course Development: Create and enhance both online and face-to-face training materials to improve engagement and effectiveness.
- Trainer & Learning Support: Collaborate with trainers to maintain up-to-date, engaging course content.
- Resource Management: Organise, update, and manage course materials and resources for easy access and version control.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve training quality and delivery.
Our Ideal Candidate
Must-Have:
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122)
- Strong understanding of RTO operations, compliance, and quality assurance
- Proven experience in instructional design and course development
- Knowledge of e-learning technologies and blended learning approaches
- Experience with LMS platforms (aXcelerate or similar)
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with RTO Standards 2025 and assessment validation
- Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail
Key Traits:
- Proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for adult learning and creating student-centered training experiences
