We are an Australian owned, medium sized company and a leader in the national supply and distribution of plastic sheeting, specialty chemical products and related equipment.
An opportunity is available to join our small, friendly team in Sydney. We are seeking an experienced and autonomous Human Resources (HR) & Quality Manager.
You will be commercially astute and be comfortable working closely with the business management team to assist in setting the direction of the company. Whether it be updating or implementing new policies, providing support and mentoring stakeholders, related business/office administration, everything related to the employment lifecycle, together with all aspects of WHS, is just a start. An element to this role is also the Quality Assurance, so any experience in ISO accreditation would be highly regarded.
You will be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
This position is a pivotal part of the business and is an on-site role.
You will need to have a positive personality, strong attention to detail, be able to use your initiative and have the ability to juggle many different tasks. Your solution focused approach, self-starter attitude, ability to organise your time will be key, as you will be the driver of your own success in the role.
