Reporting to the Operator Awareness Monitoring Centre (OAMC) Supervisor, the OAMC Co-ordinator is responsible for supporting the OAMC Supervisor, ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the Operator Awareness Monitoring Centre (OAMC) by proactively analysing performance data, coordinating improvements to operational systems, and driving effective team management. This role champions best-practice HSEC standards, facilitates the development and maintenance of operational procedures, and fosters a culture of collaboration, respect, and accountability among OAMC personnel and stakeholders.
About you:
- Clear communication and effective collaboration.
- People management (performance feedback, coaching).
- Procedure development and compliance.
- Strong resource planning and shift coverage management.
- Administrative competence (timecards, documentation).
- Data analysis and reporting (e.g. collect, interpret, and communicate operational data to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement).
- Systems and software proficiency (e.g. OAS, database use, hardware troubleshooting).
Desirable (not essential)
- Certificate or Diploma in business, management, or a technical field.
- Formal training in data analysis/reporting software.
