About the Job
We are looking for an admin assistant, who will be handling a variety of tasks in our business on a permanent part-time, sub-contract basis.
What we require:
Email and phone communication with customers and all stakeholders
Online database management, online filing and document management
Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and/or Updating WordPress Websites, an advantage
What we're looking for:
- Sydney location
- Previous Data-Entry / Order processing experience
- Extensive, proven customer service experience record, with excellence in phone and email communication
- Previous print production or marketing assistance role, an advantage.
- Knowledge of and access to graphic design programs an advantage, but not essential.
- Social Media Video editing capabilities an advantage, but not essential.
- Laptop or MacBook with NBN
- Microsoft Software (Word/Outlook/Excel/Teams/Power Point)
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy
- Previous management of Social Media (FB/INSTA) an advantage
- Willigness to learn and impress

- Existing Home office set up with ABN would be a distinct advantage.
- Own transport essential for initial face to face meet and training.
