Quantum-Systems Australia is seeking two Production Technicians.

Located in Redbank, this role will offer amazing experience for the right candidate.

Summary:

As our Production Technician, you will play a key role in the assembly, testing, and maintenance of our advanced UAS platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble UAV systems, including airframes, avionics, cameras, and other related components, including wiring, soldering, and integration of subsystems.
  • Follow technical documentation, schematics, and standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct quality control checks and testing.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to assembly, wiring, and integration.
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight system checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of production processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Enthusiasts with hands-on experience in drones, aircraft modelling, or UAS maintenance.
  • Aviation technicians, drone hobbyists, or those with experience in model aircraft assembly and repair.
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and build instructions.
  • Passion for aviation and unmanned systems.
  • Experience in electronics, soldering, or UAV piloting is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Australian Citizenship and ability to hold a Security Clearance.

Note: A Defence security clearance is required for this role, so your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this position.
