About the role

As Regional Water Management Officer within the Agriculture and Water Branch in Launceston, you will manage water resources in Tasmania.

  • Coordinate programs and provide education to irrigators and stakeholders.
  • Undertake compliance and enforcement actions.
  • Provide advice on applications for dams, water allocations, and water management.
  • Develop initiatives and projects, to ensure continuous improvement, reduced cost, increased agricultural production, and balance of water resources.
