About the role:
The Lead, Learning Partners plays a pivotal role in leading a team to drive the successful delivery of professional learning programs for educators in South Australia. The role contributes to the professional growth and development of the team while ensuring high-quality program delivery. With a focus on participant engagement and continuous improvement, this position is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies, programs, and services that align with the department’s strategic priorities and comply with the Orbis’ operational model and contractual requirements. The Lead, Learning Partners builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, manages contract and procurement processes, oversees program logistics, conducts performance monitoring and assessments, and utilises data-driven insights to enhance program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Ess ential: A tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline and relevant experience in people and project management.
Desirable: Nil.
Special conditions:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration:
ASO8 $121,107 - 125,679 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
