This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced educator to join a dedicated educational team in a role of significance. The Learning Inclusion Coordinator will focus on working collaboratively with School Leadership Teams and staff to deliver the vision of the College, develop the quality of teaching and learning and nurture positive relationships between students, teachers and other related stakeholders.

The position start date may be a negotiated start towards the end of this term.

This position also attracts a POR1 allowance ($4,075) together with the applicants Teacher step.

  • Experience and expertise in teaching and education, including what you value in a good education and your leadership style and experience.
  • Knowledge of contemporary teaching pedagogy and assessment practices.
  • Commitment to and understanding of Christian education.
  • Skills and ability to contribute to the co-curricular programme
  • A current cv, including 2 referees and their current contact details
  • Any other relevant details (i.e. copies of successful units of work and data to inform this success)

We are seeking to appoint a highly-motivated individual with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated experience in working with students with neurodiverse needs, tracking and monitoring student data and creating Student Adjustment Plans is required particularly in a Junior School setting (R-6).
