About the role

We have an exciting full time permanent opportunity for an experienced Premium Services Coordinator at our Depot at Perth Airport .

As a Premium Services Coordinator , you will coordinate Same Day freight, H2H(Hand to hand) freight, Time sensitive freight (TSF) provide quotes, keep customers updated, and allocate jobs to drivers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring premium service delivery and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Working hours: 08.00 AM – 04.06PM , Monday to Friday

  • 15% Superannuation

  • Monday to Friday shifts

  • High priority to safety and keeping our team members safe

  • All PPE and uniforms are provided

Licences:

  • C Class Licence required

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to assist with deliveries/collections/driving on exceptions when required.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and provide timely updates.

  • Allocate jobs to drivers using appropriate software.

  • Maintain communication with customers, drivers, and operational teams.

  • Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.

  • Complete relevant reports (e.g., Same Day revenue and job allocation).

  • Assist in freight manifesting and scanning

About you:

Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of freight handling and Same Day services- preferred but not essential.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficient in computer and software systems.

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

  • Team orientated and flexibility with shift time in line with staff absenteeism.

  • Ability to pass pre-checks (medical/background/D&A)
