The role
This role will focus on developing and delivering impactful leadership development programs that enhance leadership capability that develops our talent pipeline. You'll work closely with stakeholders to design and embed practical learning solutions that align with business outcomes, talent management strategies, and succession planning. This role requires strong collaboration with People and Culture teams to integrate the leadership development framework, ensuring it is effectively embedded and continuously improved based on feedback.

In this position, you'll influence decision-makers to align learning initiatives with organisational goals, establish strong business partnerships, and measure the effectiveness of leadership development programs. You'll also facilitate engaging workshops, support coaching and mentoring initiatives, and contribute to a forward-thinking leadership strategy.

What you will bring to the role

  • Strong expertise in leadership development, learning methodologies, and adult education principles.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership programs that drive measurable impact.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across teams.
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops, coaching, and embedding leadership development solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

What is an essential requirement:

  • Tertiary qualifications in leadership, management or organisational psychology, organisational development, learning and development, adult education, and/or equivalent experience.
  • Current NSW Driver Licence and the ability to travel overnight.
