How will I help?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to join our team. This role will sit within the PMO team and provide high quality coordination, communication, governance, reporting and information management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies to help drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining all portfolio artefacts, processes, and guidelines
  • Assist the Portfolio Office in meetings with Project Managers/ Program Directors to ensure that all mandatory documentation and processes are completed and signed off for compliance and audit purposes
  • Keep abreast of any changes to the Delivery framework and templates and assist the PMO Manager with the related communication of these changes to the Project Management community within the program
  • Assist the Portfolio Office in maintaining/improving the accuracy, timelines and quality of integrated reporting across the Portfolio, and also into the Integrated PMO Office
  • Assist the Portfolio Office in ensuring timely and quality generation of status reports from the Clarity system, Supplementary Status Report or any required divisional month-end report

What Do I Need Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated experience working in large programs in PMO analyst capacity
  • Experience in an administrative or office support role
  • tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a large organisation (preferably a financial institution)
  • Project methodologies/ project environment
