We are currently looking for experienced PMO Analyst to join our team. Your role will be to support the successful delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Implementation project. This role will be working with one our top clients on their Transformation program, and you will be instrumental in driving program transparency, data reporting, and stakeholder engagement

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:

  • Program Reporting & Transparency: Take ownership of the reporting processes, ensuring full transparency and clear communication of the program's status to stakeholders and the board.
  • PowerBI & ADO Expertise: Utilize PowerBI to create insightful reports and dashboards for program metrics, tracking project progress, and performance. Leverage ADO for managing tasks, backlog, and sprint planning.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data from various sources, providing valuable insights and supporting decision-making processes. Manipulate and transform data to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting.
  • Agile Delivery Support: Work in an Agile environment and support the D365 implementation by coordinating between teams, ensuring alignment with Agile practices like Scrum and Kanban. Help manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and facilitate communication across teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Manage key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring effective communication of program progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Program Metrics & Life Capability: Establish and monitor key performance metrics throughout the program's lifecycle. Ensure the program is set up for success and aligned with its long-term goals and capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience working within a PMO environment, ideally in large, complex programs of work.
  • Demonstrated experience using PowerBI to create and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, and issue tracking.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies , including Scrum and Kanban . Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery framework.
  • Experience in D365 or similar ERP systems is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to manipulate and analyze data to provide actionable insights and improve program reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth delivery and transparency of the program.
