We currently have vacancies for a Breakfast supervisor and F&B bar Supervisor.
Bar Supervisor – Hospitality level 3 casual $35.47 pay rate per hour or a permanent employment position (Salary Range 66,000 - 85,000).
- Ensure that all F&B staff deliver prompt, efficient and cordial attention to all guest needs
- Ensure good communication throughout the department
- Previous F&B Supervisory experience
Positive Communication – verbal and non-verbal - 30 - 40 hours per week between 12 pm -11.30 pm, includes opening and closing shifts.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, driving initiatives and expanding boundaries – always looking for ‘that next step’.
Food and Beverage Breakfast Supervisor – Hospitality level 3 casual $35.47 pay rate per hour or a permanent employment position (Salary Range 66,000 - 85,000).
• Exceed customer expectations in providing prompt and courteous food and beverage
services such as serving customers, processing orders and attending to customer’s needs.
• Assume responsibility for Food & Beverage outlets in the absence of the Restaurant
Manager
• Efficiently respond to customer complaints and enquiries
• Initiate immediate enquiry into guest feedback and ensure corrective action is taken, and
report such incidents and actions to Management
• Ensure that all restaurant staff deliver prompt, efficient and cordial attention to all guest
needs
- Genuine, authentic experience within bars and leading people
- Passionate about serving people with high-quality outcomes
- Be part of an established team, mentoring and developing F&B staff
