Your Exciting New Role - Customer Service Operator
Your job duties & responsibility as a Customer Service Operator include but are not limited to the following:
- Interact with customers for bookings, pricing, service options and order updates
- Enhance customer experience, foster relationships and create customer loyalty
- Manage the status of customer orders through maintaining accurate data within CargoWise system and communicating exceptions to customers.
- Order follow-up using in-house systems
- Handling quotations, and costings to win business
- Handle customer inquiries and help as required
- Manage order status reports / In transit reports for clients
- Minimum of 12 months freight forwarding experience
- Exposure to CargoWise or a similar logistics software program would be advantageous
- Experience in Customer Service Operator within a similar organization
- Efficient Planning and Organising Skills
- Willingness to Learn & Grown within Role
- Adaptable & Flexible to Changing Market Conditions
- Ability to Work Autonomously, whilst working within a Team
- Flexible & Willing to Support Others
