Our client is a highly renowned Disability Services Provider dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities across Victorian communities. They support people in achieving their goals and leading independent lives.They are seeking a Property Administration Manager who aligns with their values and can provide high-level administration and project management support to the IT and Property & Facilities Management teams. This is an initial 2–3 month temporary role with potential for ongoing work.
About the Role :
This dynamic position sits within the Commercial Services arm of the organisation, where you will be responsible for office management, contract administration, property coordination, and fleet management. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with IT support requests and help resolve tickets.
- Manage contracts, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee fleet coordination and vehicle management.
- Coordinate property management activities, including lease administration and stakeholder communication.
- Manage maintenance contractors and utilities payments.
- Oversee day-to-day office management tasks and support reception as needed.
