- Respond to inbound leads and inquiry
- Nurture past inquiry and manage buyer database
- Manage display suites and client appointments
- Negotiate sale prices and terms
- Nurture clients through to exchange and settlement
- Attend sales meetings and share market insights
- Assist with pricing and market feedback to adjust project positioning
- Attend weekly training and sales meetings
- Experience selling off plan properties
- Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese language skills
- Strong knowledge of the Sydney property market
- The ability to collaborate and work as a part of a team
- A current real estate license or certificate of registration
- Flexibility to work Saturday and Sundays
- Strong relationship management skills
- The ability to confidently negotiate and close sales
