The Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide strategic support and play a key role in advancing the organisation's mission.Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, representing the GCEO with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage the GCEO's calendar, travel, and email correspondence, prioritising effectively and ensuring efficiency in all administrative tasks.
- Track and manage communications, deadlines, and follow-ups for the GCEO.
- Coordinate Executive Team meetings, including minute-taking, agenda preparation, and appraisals.
- Assist in preparing reports and materials for internal and external stakeholders, including the Parent Board and Committees.
- Manage logistics for meetings, workshops, and teleconferences, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with governance best practices for the GCEO and Boards.
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment, with the capacity to work independently and with discretion.
- High integrity and a commitment to confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
