Join this iconic firm in their beautiful offices based in the inner-city Brisbane, close to public transport.What you will be doing… Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: • Prepare the fortnightly payroll for staff, including lodgement for superannuation and payroll tax
• Processing of creditor invoices
• Processing and reconciliation of credit card and charge accounts.
• Assist with the reconciliation of bank accounts
• Assist with preparation of financial reconcilations and reports
• Assist with human resources management eg. payroll, staff setup, leave entitlement maintenance, HR reports
• Assisting in processing of debtor invoices
• Updating Project Management software (Deltek) for Fee Proposals and other information

Do you have what it takes… You will have at least 2-5 years' experience in a similar role. You will have intermediate skills with Excel and standard Microsoft suite. Experience using Xero is highly regarded. You must have sound interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to working as
an integral member of the administration team.
