The Role
Exciting developments across the brand have led to this opportunity within the hotel, with a core focus on overseeing the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Lounge departments. The Rooms Division Manager will lead a team of approximately 15-20 FOH staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining operational excellence.

- Oversee daily operations of Front Office & Room Operations
- Ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Lead, train, and develop team members.
- Collaborate with Maintenance to address guest requests promptly.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets and KPIs, which include labour costs and guest satisfaction metrics.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Be an experienced RDM from a similar-sized property (senior FOM also considered).
- Thrive in a flexible, less process-driven environment; large chain experience not essential.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, with confidence in managing and mentoring a young, dynamic team.
- Be guest-focused, hands-on, and lead with empathy to elevate experiences.
- Bring innovation, adaptability, and a drive to refine operations and challenge the status quo.
