The exciting opportunity:
- 140 bed, five star facility, 30 minutes South of Perth’s CBD
- Report into a clinical Facility Manager and be supported by two Clinical Nurses who work 7 days a week
- Conduct audits and gap analysis to identify areas of continuous improvement for clinical care
- Design, introduce and support quality initiatives to ensure accreditation standards continue to be surpassed
- Manage the clinical and care team, providing them with support, direction and guidance
- Develop genuine and productive relationships with residents and their families to provide an exceptional customer experience that exceeds their expectations
- Take part in an extensive onboarding process to give you a great foundation
- Large aged care provider with established policies and procedures
- Be supported to meet your career goals – receive a personalised professional development plan and access to leadership courses
- Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice
- $120k - $130k + super
- Full registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with strong clinical understanding
- Experience in a Clinical Care Manager role within residential aged care is essential
- Supportive and collaborative manager who can inspire staff to create a culture founded on excellence
- Driven, confident, resilient, flexible and passionate about delivering exceptional care and customer service
- Personable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels
