The ClientDue to a relocation overseas, we have a rare opportunity to join one of our long-standing clients! They are one of the largest and most dominant agencies in the Pilbara, and we are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales & Leasing Executive to join their highly respected team. Housing a team of approximately 40 staff and a strong market presence across both commercial and residential, they are regular winners of prestigious awards and accolades.
The Role
With a portfolio of properties including industrial, commercial, and retail leases, they currently work with a wide range of clients, from large multinationals to local Indigenous corporations, government bodies, and smaller businesses.
You will play a key role in driving sales and leasing activities. You will inherit a well-established portfolio of clients and properties and will be supported by an experienced property manager and administration team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to their ongoing growth in the commercial real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial properties, including industrial, retail, and office spaces.
- Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals with a wide range of clients, from multinational corporations to local businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Be an active part of the team’s growth strategy, contributing to the continued dominance in the local commercial real estate market.
- Proven experience in commercial sales and leasing.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse client base.
- Ideally, you will have local experience, but we are open to candidates with a proven track record in commercial sales and leasing who are open to a relocation/lifestyle change.
