DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Based in the Perth corporate office you will be working in a supportive and approachable team responsible for business growth and retention of existing business, reporting to the Business Development Manager Perth. The primary objectives of this role are:
• Drive Leasing Success – Ensure leasing activities meet financial benchmarks while identifying key risks
• Data & Market Intelligence – Compile market and tenant data in CRM systems, keeping the team informed of trends and deals
• Financial & Legal Expertise – Conduct financial analysis for leasing transactions, complete internal referrals, and oversee legal negotiations
• Build Strong Relationships – Foster connections with customers, tenant representatives, and leasing agents to create new opportunities
• Business & Budgeting Contribution – Play a key role in business plans, budgeting, and reporting
ABOUT YOU
• Tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential)
• A proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in both independent and team environments
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
• A high standard of professional personal presentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
