Our client is a long established, successful and highly regarded Western Australian organisation with a significant footprint in the human services sector, a workforce of over 900 and annual revenues circa $90 million.
Now embarking on the next phase of its evolution and growth, this organisation seeks to appoint a Chief People Officer to join its executive leadership team.
About This Role
With a team of twelve, the key remit of this new role will be leading and integrating the people, workforce and change management functions across the organisation to support its growth and ability to deliver results through its people.
With CEO and Board support for the implementation of a new systems infrastructure to support the People function, this will allow you to capitalise on your previous experiences to shape this organisation’s human resources systems capability and drive organisational transformation.
About You
You will be a strategic leader who is comfortable being involved operationally.
It is anticipated that you will also be well versed across a broad suite of HR services including: workforce & strategic planning; organisational transformation & change management; learning & capability; recruitment & resourcing; as well as employee relations.
With a tertiary qualification in human resources or an aligned discipline, you will also be collaborative, resourceful, service oriented, commercially savvy and results oriented.
Previous HR leadership at an executive level in the human services sector, whilst not essential, will be highly regarded.
