Key Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential administrative services efficiently and effectively.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Liaise with internal business units (IT, Finance, Accounts Payable, etc.) to support operational needs.
- Support projects through research, document management, stakeholder coordination, and report preparation.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, including archiving and record control.
- Monitor and order office supplies, IT equipment, and other resources as required.
- Process financial transactions such as purchase orders, invoice payments, credit card reconciliations, and petty cash management.
- Produce reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations with high accuracy.
- Ensure effective management of employee records, including training schedules and absence tracking.
- Uphold high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with financial administration tasks such as purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
