Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential administrative services efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with internal business units (IT, Finance, Accounts Payable, etc.) to support operational needs.
  • Support projects through research, document management, stakeholder coordination, and report preparation.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, including archiving and record control.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, IT equipment, and other resources as required.
  • Process financial transactions such as purchase orders, invoice payments, credit card reconciliations, and petty cash management.
  • Produce reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations with high accuracy.
  • Ensure effective management of employee records, including training schedules and absence tracking.
  • Uphold high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Act as a central point of contact, ensuring customer inquiries are efficiently managed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with financial administration tasks such as purchase orders and invoice processing.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
