Chevron ABU has an exciting opportunity for a Travel Coordinator to join the Administration team. Reporting to the Travel Team Lead, this role will be based in Perth One The Esplanade. For further information please discuss with the Hiring Manager – Susan Bhatia.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Travel Coordination: Coordinate and manage travel reservations for eligible employees, including booking flights and accommodation in compliance with relevant company travel policies and enterprise agreements.

Document Management: Prepare and distribute travel itineraries, ensuring all travel arrangements are confirmed and communicated to travelers in a timely manner.

Stakeholder Relations: Liaise with external service providers to maintain positive relationships.

Emergency Support: Provide support for travelers in case of emergencies or unexpected changes to travel plans. Assist with rebooking and resolving travel issues as needed.

Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service to employees, addressing any travel-related inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally (48 hour turnaround for general responses)

Expense Management: Track and manage travel expenses, ensuring accurate and timely processing of travel-related invoices and reimbursements. Maintain the Corporate CTA account and ensure account is reconciled on time.

Enterprise Agreement Updates: Stay informed about changes and updates to enterprise agreements and ensure that travel arrangements are adjusted accordingly to remain compliant.

Process Updates: Regularly update the ABU Point of Engagement process to reflect any changes in travel procedures, enterprise agreements, or company guidelines

Compliance: Ensure all travel bookings adhere to company policies and enterprise agreements. Monitor and enforce compliance with travel guidelines and procedures.

Reporting: Generate and analyze travel reports to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to management on travel activities and expenditures.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and experience using DaWinci / CWT Travel tools would be advantageous
Please note: The job placement and PSG/PSG Range are indicative only. Final placement and PSG will be determined by the Total Remuneration team upon appointment.
The role can be performed flexibly, with varying start and finish times throughout the week, along with working from home arrangements.
The role is also open to applicants on a formal job share/part time arrangement.
