An exciting opportunity exists for an Allied Health Student Education Coordinator, which sits within the Allied Health Service Delivery Model and delivers services across multiple sites within the Sunshine Coast Health. This role will have accountability to facilitate education and coordinate clinical education and training of Allied Health clinical student placements across the Hospital and Health Service (HHS).
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Planning, developing, facilitating, implementing and evaluating student placement programs (undergraduate, pre-entry and postgraduate), for allied health including development of professional relationships, both within the SCHHS, state-wide and professional networks.
- Monitor and report on Allied Health student placement practices and outcomes and initiate, plan and evaluate activities to enhance future student placements.
- Provide support and placement management advice to allied health student supervisors and discipline clinical educators.
Remuneration value up to $71 816 p.a., comprising salary rates $64.64 - $69.55p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NHP4) (part time position, 30.4 hrs p.f.).
