The role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Partnerships team. This is a full-time, permanent role that will be based at our beautiful office in South Brisbane.
Working closely with the Head of Partnerships & Philanthropy and the broader Partnerships & Philanthropy Team you will be responsible for:
- Strategic planning and sustainable development of the program
- Leading the team approach to development and engagement for new and existing partners
- Leading and mentoring the Partnerships team, fostering an objective led approach
- Financial management and negotiations
- Monthly Financial and Performance Reporting
- New Business Aquisition and Development

Key criteria
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- 5 + years proven experience in developing and executing growth strategies for partnerships and fundraising programs or similar
- Demonstrated experience in securing long term sustainable funding opportunities
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring high performing teams
- Excellent negotiation and budget management skills
