The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Partnerships team. This is a full-time, permanent role that will be based at our beautiful office in South Brisbane.


Working closely with the Head of Partnerships & Philanthropy and the broader Partnerships & Philanthropy Team you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic planning and sustainable development of the program
  • Leading the team approach to development and engagement for new and existing partners
  • Leading and mentoring the Partnerships team, fostering an objective led approach
  • Financial management and negotiations
  • Monthly Financial and Performance Reporting
  • New Business Aquisition and Development

Key criteria

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

  • 5 + years proven experience in developing and executing growth strategies for partnerships and fundraising programs or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in securing long term sustainable funding opportunities
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring high performing teams
  • Excellent negotiation and budget management skills
