We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our growing enterprise sales team in a newly created position. We're looking for an exceptional sales leader with a proven track record of success to drive our enterprise growth strategy and take our sales efforts to new heights.
The OpportunityAs the Head of Enterprise Sales and a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing our enterprise sales team and managing and closing complex enterprise sales cycles. You'll engage with in-house lawyers and C-level executives in large mid-market or enterprise organisations, presenting our innovative legal solutions and securing long-term partnerships. Your role is critical in driving LegalVision's growth in the enterprise market and contributing directly to the company's success. This is a full-time position based in our Surry Hills HQ.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the enterprise sales team, keeping the team accountable to our strategic goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Sales Strategy: Implement and improve our enterprise sales strategy, aligning with LegalVision's growth objectives.
- End-to-end Enterprise Sales Management: Oversee and participate in meeting with, quoting, and closing deals with in-house lawyers, CFOs, and other C-suite decision-makers, supported by senior lawyers in the business.
- Pipeline Management: Direct the nurturing and expansion of our existing pipeline of enterprise quotes and opportunities.
- Business Development: Lead efforts to seek referrals to new prospects and attend regular LV and industry events to generate leads and build relationships. Occasional interstate travel for events and sales meetings will be required.
- Revenue Growth: Drive strategies to expand revenue from existing enterprise clients through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences and conversion rate optimisation.
- Client Success: Oversee regular strategic reviews with our existing enterprise client base to identify growth opportunities.
- Performance Analysis: Ensure team members maintain accurate records in our CRM systems, and provide insightful analysis of sales trends and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in legal services, legal tech, or professional services
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding team sales targets in complex, long-cycle sales environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise legal needs and the ability to articulate the value of ongoing legal solutions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales talent
- Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate and influence large organisations
- Resilient and persistent, with the drive to overcome challenges in high-ticket sales situations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in scaling sales teams and processes in high-growth environments
