About the position:
Do you love wowing customers, hitting goals, and making every interaction count?
Come be the legendary voice (and chat) our customers depend on! We’re looking for Customer Support Consultants who can handle real-time inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, all while rocking weekly service and sales KPIs.
  • Impress customers with top-tier product knowledge and services. Every call, chat, and email is a chance to shine.
  • Meet weekly targets for calls, chats, revenue, and customer satisfaction—hello bonus potential!
  • Take tough issues head-on, and direct them to the best solutions possible.
  • Work closely with manufacturers and internal teams, fostering strong partnerships across the board.
  • Benefit from daily training to fine-tune product knowledge and streamline processes.
Shift Patterns Available:
5x Casual positions - expected to work a minimum of 6 shifts within a fortnight.
  • Must be flexible with hours, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm and 12pm-8pm
  • Must be available to work Mondays
  • One of the shifts must be on a Saturday
  • No leave for June and July 2025
Qualifications:
  • Must have permanent, unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
  • Whether from retail, sales, or customer service, you know how to connect with people and hit targets.
  • Knowledge of electronics/whitegoods is a plus, but not a deal-breaker if you’re a quick study.
  • You’re comfortable juggling calls, chats, and emails with top-notch written and verbal skills.
  • You’re all about delivering a standout experience.
  • Able to work independently when needed, yet still love collaborating with a team.
  • No customer query slips through the cracks on your watch.
