Position Overview: We are seeking a Spare Parts Interpreter to efficiently manage customer spare parts requests while maintaining high service standards. This role involves overseeing stock control, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth parts operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and manage parts for field service and workshop jobs.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and stock transfers.
- Provide accurate quotes and support for internal and external customers.
- Use the parts management system for data entry and reporting.
- Coordinate deliveries and courier services.
- Experience in spare parts, logistics, or inventory management.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to interpret spare parts manuals.
- Strong organisational and customer service skills.
- Intermediate level computer skills.
