About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Supervisor Cranes and Transport to lead our Cranes & Transport teams to deliver safe and timely lifting and transportation requirements at our Mesa J, Pannawonica operations.
This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, safety conscious individual who will provide onsite leadership, development and support to the crane and transport operators.
You’ll be part of a friendly team, supported by your leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You’ll work a family and lifestyle friendly residential 5 days on, 2 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off roster, which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life.
Reporting to the Superintendent Cranes and Transport and working in a challenging and exciting environment, you will:

Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices and processes, whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team

Coach and mentor your team to ensure optimal delivery against performance and safety targets

Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to align on operational plans and strategies

Drive effective cost management initiatives by identifying & implementing cost-saving opportunities

Participate in the preparation of accurate weekly reports and assigning tasks to team members

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting the team in the implement initiatives

A current and valid ‘C Class’ manual driver's licence
