Key Responsibilities:
The position requires a highly skilled analyst who will be responsible for assisting on various business insights/analytics matters, including but not limited to:
- Support the analytics team through the use of business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest area for and methods of improving operations.
- Support in Marketing and Digital analysis to evaluate marketing effectiveness and strategy
- Partner with Operations in driving operations improvement through metrics and strategy
- Oversee the customer survey program (NPS) and vendor management
- Advises on and recommends desirable operational adjustments and interprets variance
- Completes individual analytical projects in a satisfactory manner given abstract project guidelines
- Implements analytical approaches and methodologies and assists in the interpretation of results.
- May collect and analyse external market data to provide benchmarks for comparison purposes.
- Presents findings to management for use in decision making and strategic planning.
- Cross-function collaboration with other departments within the company.
- Identifies areas of strategic focus and develops analytical approaches and methodologies.
Job Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
- Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- Advanced SQL, R and Data Visualisation skills (preferably Power BI)
- Digital Analytics (Adobe) experience preferred
- Capable of building complex SQL queries using store procedures
- Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently to assess and resolve issues.
- Ability to synthesize complex data/concepts and explain them simply and concisely to various levels of management.
