Our client is a well-established and growing company that prides itself on delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a strong market presence . As they continue to expand, they’re on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Internal Sales Manager to take their internal sales and customer service team to the next level.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is not for the faint-hearted—it’s a hands-on leadership position where you’ll be at the frontline, driving performance, leading by example, and making bold decisions to accelerate growth.

Your day-to-day will look like:
Leading & mentoring the internal sales & customer service team to achieve sales targets
Speeding up response times on quotes and inquiries to enhance customer experience
Proactively engaging with new & existing clients—no more waiting for the phone to ring!
Building strong relationships with key clients and ensuring a high level of service
Optimizing internal sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborating with marketing & external sales teams to align business growth strategies
Holding courageous conversations with team members to drive productivity and performance

ABOUT YOU

  • A proven sales leader with experience in internal sales or B2B sales management
  • A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Humble, hungry, and smart – you lead with integrity, ambition, and strong people skills
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Tech-savvy – proficient in CRM software & Microsoft Office Suite
