Our client is a neurodiversity-affirming clinic dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services for children and families. With a growing presence in Melbourne, they are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead their multidisciplinary team. This innovative practice fosters a supportive environment with a focus on affirming and holistic approaches.
With a predominantly paediatric caseload, you will guide a team working with clients presenting with a range of neurodivergent clients.
Key aspects of the role include:
  • Paediatric caseload consisting of a wide range of neurodivergent clients
  • Clinic-based with one day per week in the community.
  • Work with a manageable caseload of four clients per day, allowing time for quality care and admin
  • Assist in organising group activities and therapy for the children during school holidays
  • Team approach to therapy with all disciplines collaborating within the clinic

Requirements/Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
