- Working with NDIS children and young adults (ages 1-19) conducting initial assessments
- Using evidence based therapy to create a tailored treatment plan that sets your clients up for success
- Engaging in regular professional development (in house and external) that will support you in your practice
- Meeting billable targets of 5 per day (equates to seeing 4 clients per day) - reduced if you are providing supervision to juniors
- Uncapped professional development allowance so you can upskill in your area of intrest
- Administration team to complete bookings and billings
- Structure onboarding process; first two- three weeks is paid training, shadowing head OT to see how she practices, she will support you with your new caseload and completing your initial assessments
- Supervision offered weekly or fortnightly depending on your needs
This small, close knit team made up of an admin assistant, psych, 2 OT's, a dietician and 2 SP's foster a fun and friendly atmosphere in the work space. They like to get together outside of work to engage in team building, multidisciplinary training and for the odd dinner or two each quarter!
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
