We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial and Contracts Analyst to join our team. This position is in Brisbane, Queensland and is full-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
The Commercial and Contracts Analyst is responsible for supporting the business in commercial contract management and analysis. This role involves reviewing and managing contracts and providing analytical support to optimise commercial decision-making. The position works closely with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and drive favorable business outcomes. The position also supports the wider performance and optimisation team by managing the organisational balanced scorecard and providing other analytics support.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Finance or a related field (Essential)
- 3+ years’ experience in contract management, commercial analysis or a related role.
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse financial and contractual data.
- Proficiency in contract management systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Organisational skills - ability to prioritise and work effectively on multiple tasks.
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
