Wongai 4wd Hire is a hire and tourism company based in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane.
We offer 4wd hire packages around Queensland. This includes Off-Shore Adventure Holidays to places like K'gari (Fraser Island), Moreton Island and Double Island Point.
We need someone to come into our company to manage the front desk and customer departures. This means you will be:
- Answering calls and showing customers around the different packages.
- Sending out new quotes and answering customer questions.
- Sending couples and families away on holiday
- Driving to get repair quotes, counting equipment and checking the cars when they go in and out of hire.
- Sending invoices, orgnaising service receipts and organising the office documents and paperwork for customer hire.
This is a hands on job, and an excellent chance to really feel part of your work and the company as a whole. This is a young business and it is a great opportunity to grow and learn new skills, your input will be heard and you will be working closely with the owner so a focused and can-do attitude is a must.
Some of the skills you should have are:
- Highly Organised . Able to manage more than one task at a time and help plan the week and keep good time management.
- Confident Computer Literacy , this includes knowing how to use Word, Excel, Email and keeping track of filing receipts into the system. (Social Media skills are a plus)
- Friendly and Confident human interactions, this includes comfortable face to face conversations and correct phone manner.
