We believe a safe workplace is a happy one, and we’re looking for a Workplace Health & Safety Business Partner who shares our commitment to protecting and empowering our team. If you live and breathe safety, wellbeing, and people-first values, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ For the love of safety, you’ll partner with teams across the business to drive best-practice WHS initiatives.
✅ Supporting and educating leaders to create a proactive safety culture.
✅ Conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing effective safety solutions.
✅ Keeping us ahead of industry standards by staying up to date with WHS legislation.
✅ Championing a positive safety culture—because we care about our people!
What We’re Looking For:
✨ A strong background in workplace health & safety, ideally in a retail or multi-site environment.
✨ Experience partnering with stakeholders to embed WHS best practices.
✨ A warm and engaging approach—you’ll be working with teams across the business.
✨ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
✨ Formal WHS qualifications (or equivalent experience).
