The Role:
We’re looking for a Supervisor/Estimator to join our growing team. This is a key role where you’ll collaborate closely with the Operations team to oversee and manage building projects form start to finish - ensuring timely and successful completion, while adhering to budget and quality standards.
• Full time permanent.
• Hybrid role - Head Office is located at Hillcrest QLD 4118.
• Immediate start.
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Supervisor/Estimator.
• Experience in the building insurance industry.
• Proven leadership skills
• Australian Work Rights.
• QBCC Supervisor Licence.
• QLD Drivers Licence.
• QLD White Card and Working at Heights ticket.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong technical skills: experience with PRIME; Buildxact software.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
