Ambrose Construct Group are one of Australia's largest insurance repair specialists. With offices in every state of Australia. We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding team on the Sunshine Coast.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Insurance Building Estimator/Supervisor
- Receive a market competitive salary, vehicle, fuel card, iPad, iPhone, uniform and industry-based equipment
- Report directly to the state Construction Manager
- Estimate, Schedule and Supervise trades and repairs
- Exceed KPIs by learning how to estimate and Supervise insurance repairs using our industry leading technology
- Deliver an exceptionally high level of customer service, through effective written / oral communication with an innate ability to build relationships and resolve conflict
- Insurance industry experience and knowledge of Water Claim Management is advantageous but not essential
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Trade qualified (preferably carpentry)
- A current QBCC Supervisor Licence
- A current White Card
- Previous experience in Estimating, Scheduling and Supervising trades and repairs (insurance related is preferred)
- A working knowledge of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations and Workplace Health and Safety requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent computer skills across mobile devices, repair management systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs and an ability to rapidly learn new systems
- An aptitude for creating, reading and interpreting scopes of work
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the highest quality of repair
- A proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven team
- A strong commitment to safety
