Are you ready to ensure every project shines by keeping things well-resourced, managed, and delivered on time?
As our Project Coordinator , you’ll be the key link connecting Account Executives, Customers, and Project Administration. Your role is all about communication, coordination, and making sure every project runs like clockwork.
- Set clear project objectives and deliverables while creating comprehensive delivery plans, timelines, and resource allocations with our customers.
- Act as the main bridge between our internal teams and customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain project documentation, conduct regular meetings, and deliver concise progress updates.
- Identify and tackle project risks, issues, and resource constraints head-on—ensuring quality deliverables every time.
- Scrutinise and manage project changes and variations, communicating any adjustments to Project Administration.
- Collaborate with the Legal team to negotiate and finalise commercial agreements and contracts.
- Be the point of contact for client inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure the best outcomes for our customers and the business.
- Previous experience in PMO administration and coordination.
- Strong understanding of our products/services, with the ability to communicate their value effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written & verbal communication skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a competitive spirit to exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems (especially Navision), G Suite, and MS Office.
- Able to work solo or as part of a dynamic sales team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills, ensuring a high level of care for every project.
