We investigate crime and corruption, have oversight of the public sector including police. Appointments in the CCC are merit-based and will be assessed by looking at what you have done previously—the knowledge, skills and experience you have built, your potential for development, and your personal qualities which align with the leadership competencies and the CCC's values.
There are no mandatory qualifications for this role, however a certification in QLD Government recognised project management methodology (PRINCE2, PRINCE2Agile) will be favourably considered. Qualifications acquired from an overseas educational institution will only be accepted where the qualification has been recognised to an equivalent level in accordance with the Australian Qualifications Framework.
For this role, we will consider how well you demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience actively contributing to, managing and leading delivery teams, including evidenced experience in using management methodologies, techniques and tools.
- High-level facilitation and engagement skills, with the proven ability to develop and leverage effective working and strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using insight and inspiring collaboration in a complex operating environment.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills to explain complex and/or technical concepts to different audiences, from executives and business stakeholders to project managers and technical teams, inspiring project success, execution of results, and skills transfer.
- Demonstrated experience of thinking critically contributing to successful project delivery and achieve collaborative customer-focused outcomes aligned to broader environmental and organisational context.
