Are you ready to step into a pivotal leadership role with one of Australia's most respected boutique advisory firms? Our client, a high-performing and collaborative practice, is seeking a Senior Manager - Corporate Finance to join their growing Sydney team.

In this influential position, you'll act as the 2IC to the Corporate Finance Partner, taking ownership of complex projects, mentoring junior staff, and contributing directly to the firm's strategic growth across valuations, transaction services, and M&A advisory.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage diverse corporate finance projects, including financial modelling, valuations, and transaction services.
- Conduct detailed business and intangible asset valuations (including PPAs), prepare expert reports, and support tax/litigation valuations.
- Deliver transaction services including due diligence (financial, operational, risk, and forecast reviews).
- Collaborate across teams and engage directly with clients on strategic financial matters.
- Drive M&A engagements from early-stage client contact to post-deal integration.
- Mentor and review work of junior staff to ensure exceptional output.
- Identify growth opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support business development.
About You:
- CA qualified (CFA also highly regarded).
- 10+ years' experience in corporate finance within the Australian market.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record in project delivery.
- Expertise in valuations and transaction services is essential; M&A advisory experience is a plus.
- A natural collaborator with a sharp eye for detail and outstanding communication skills.
