Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the reception area.
- Manage and support a team of reception staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure smooth communication between reception and other departments.
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and care.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have proven management-level experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with occasional early starts (7:45 AM) and late finishes (5:30 PM).
