About the Business Unit:
The Department of Justice and Community Safety provides compliance, enforcement, and regulatory services to the Victorian Community.
The Hume Region delivers a range of services through Justice Service Centres located at Wangaratta, Shepparton, Seymour and Wodonga.
The Corporate Services Business unit is responsible for providing the region with a range of corporate support functions including human resources, finance and procurement, planning and reporting, fleet and facilities management, risk management, workforce development and general administration
About the Role:
The Justice Officer – Administration, performs reception and concierge duties and provides accurate and timely administrative support services for the various business areas within the Justice Service Centres across the locations.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing accurate and timely administrative support and client services
- Providing information and assistance to clients, internal and external stakeholders and the public including the collation, review, and processing of applications
- Providing reception duties, answer, forward and respond to telephone calls for locations.

About You:
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Experience within an administrative capacity would be advantageous
- Experience in managing reception duties
- Well-developed computer literacy
- Experience assisting clients
