Reporting to the Director - Client Services, you will partner with Private Bankers, focussed on retaining and growing new and existing client relationships in the High Net Worth (HNW) segment. You will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of our service proposition, ensuring client satisfaction and driving financial performance, including our Global Investment Service offering. Key responsibilities will be to develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and HNW clients, support client acquisition and growth, promote digital offerings, manage client setup and onboarding, log and manage complaints, accurately record client interactions in line with policy, maintain portfolio information within risk controls, and drive financial performance. **What’s in it for me?** You’ll play a significant part of the future of a business that has been around for over 200 years.
