Due to ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking an Experienced Operations Assistant to join our rewarding sales team.

As we continue fast growth in a highly needed and welcomed advocacy space, we are seeking an exceptional leader to join our dynamic team based in the Gold Coast.

Our company is in the process of launching new brands where this role will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the company’s future which will impact thousands of customers across Australia.

Role Overview:

The Operations Assistant will support the smooth execution of daily operations, working closely with the leadership team. This position requires strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of attention to detail to ensure our business processes run efficiently.

As a key contributor, you will assist in operational administration, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring that our growing business continues to deliver exceptional service and advocacy for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across teams.
  • Assist with process optimisation, reporting, and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and liaise between internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage scheduling and initial customer enquiries if required.
  • Support project coordination for new business initiatives and brand launches.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems for easy retrieval of key information.
  • Handle client and partner inquiries professionally, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for operational enhancements.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the leadership team as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-5 years experience in an operations, administration, or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and operational software.
  • Understanding of insurance, claims management, or financial services (highly regarded but not essential).
