We are seeking a motivated Industrial Spray Painting Labourer to join our busy manufacturing workshop in Toowoomba. This position will begin as a casual role with an immediate start, offering full-time hours and the opportunity to transition into permanent employment.
About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will assist in surface preparation and spray painting tasks while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepping metal surfaces for coating
- Sandblasting and using power tools
- Mixing and applying paint
- Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety protocols and proper PPE usage
- Physical fitness to handle lifting, standing, kneeling, and working in demanding positions for extended periods
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but training will be provided
