As a National Mental Health & Wellbeing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and growing their Psychology services. Our client is a national leader in workplace health and wellbeing, and are in need of an engaging, proactive, and strategic leader to help them expand their impact. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead & Inspire – Support and develop an incredible team of psychologists, ensuring they’re delivering high-quality services and growing in their roles.
- Strategic Growth – Drive business development, foster strong corporate relationships, and help expand the company's national footprint.
- Shape the Future – Contribute to the company's Mental Health Advisory Board and influence the direction of their workplace mental health programs.
- Operational Excellence – Oversee service delivery, manage resources, and ensure our client is providing industry-leading support to businesses and employees.
- Make an Impact – Help organizations and their employees prevent and manage psychological injuries while championing mental wellbeing in the workplace.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong psychology background with at least 5+ years of experience in clinical practice, workplace wellbeing, or occupational health.
- Leadership experience – you’ve led teams, inspired clinicians, and know how to drive a high-performance culture.
- Strategic mindset – you think big and love problem-solving, innovating, and driving change.
- AHPRA-registered psychologist with a passion for mental health, wellbeing, and making a tangible impact in workplaces.
- Business savvy – you understand the importance of client relationships, financial targets, and continuous improvement.
