This position is part of an integral team within Sealink SEQ Marine Operations. The Marine Operations Co-Coordinator will be involved in the daily planning and service levels of Marine Operations whilst maintaining excellence in time management, quality control, and reliability.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for preparing crew rosters & coordinating changes, processing timesheets, leave requests, assisting with all administrative operational and maintenance requirements and contract administration. Maintaining, reviewing and updating relevant marine training materials including coordination of marine training requirements and crew compliance also form part of this role.
This role requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi skilling and time management skills.

Some after hours and weekend work will be required.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience working in a similar fast-paced, multi-faceted administrative position.
- Experience in the Marine/Tourism and/or Transport Industry highly regarded
- Experience working to deadlines with complex rosters is preferred
